SuperClick: Unique and SuperSimple!
The SuperClick® system is new and unique for installing the shaft system on residential (garage) doors. The new, patented system consists of rear track consoles (340CL/R), wall consoles (563CL/R) and a centre console (345C). To these new consoles, a new bearing plate (310CL/R) and/or a complete NEW spring break device (656CL/R) can be mounted by means of an “one-direction-click”. So, with a simple click, the pre-assembled shaft with springs, spring break device and bearing plate can be fixed to the lintel or to the ends of the horizontal tracks in a very short time of installation. Saving hassle and installation time! 



Installation SuperClick®
The SuperClick® system of FlexiForce makes the installation of a door a lot easier. The balancing system can be easily clicked on the wall consoles and later secured. Savings on time and labor! Really unique is the fact that SuperClick® needs only a move in one direction to click it, after which you still can slightly rotate the connection. This means that on a garage door, only one person can first suspend the left side of the shaft, then move to the right side, lift the shaft there and click it in the right wall plate. Clicking the left side will finish the job easily.
The heart of the click-design is a small wire spring and a hole, integrated in the consoles, thus forming the “female”-part of the system. The “male”-part of the click is a special shaped round pin, which is integrated in the bearing plates or spring break devices.
There is no other system in the market that provides this feature, reason for us to patent it.
