Product range
Our current range offers our customers a choice of springs in wire sizes from 4,5mm to 11mm, spring diameters 45mm, 51mm, 67mm, 95mm, 152mm. Furthermore a choice in wire: natural (black), galvanized or powdercoated. And a choice in buying standard lengths or opt for our unique fixed-to-size assembled spring service.

Shotpeened and powdercoated
The unique blue-gray (RAL5014) FlexiForce springs are well-known in the market. After winding the spring, the black spring is entered into a shot-peening installation. The spring surface is being compacted by bombarding it with small bullets at a speed of 300km/h. With this treatment, the lifespan of the torsion spring increases with at least 40%. Since the life span of a spring on a door is fixed, it means that with powdercoated springs, one can select less kg of spring to balance the same door. The spring is then powder coated and relaxed in the oven. This is really the best torsion spring you can get in todays market.

Fixed-to-size: Outsourcing
More and more door companies leave the production and assembling of torsion springs to FlexiForce. Why, because we are equiped to do it more efficient, faster and without any scrap (cutting waste). We produce the spring to the exact needed size, we shotpeen and powdercoat it, we put in the spring fittings in, grease the spring, give it a tension-striping and we pack it in plastic. Complete with ID-label, packed, ready for use. In two production shifts per week, so always on time. Rush orders are no exception for us.
