TERRITORY SALES MANAGERS

Position Overview:
It is the responsibility of the Sales Territory Manager to develop and implement the business objectives of FlexiForce, LLC. Primary duties are to plan, direct, coordinate and motivate the day-to-day business development and sales activities of FlexiForce, LLC in the assigned territory. This is accomplished through individual effort directed towards sales opportunity management, account relationship management and customer interaction management.

Reporting Relationship:
- The Sales Territory Manager will report directly to the CEO of FlexiForce, LLC.

General Responsibilities:
· Grow the customer base in each entry level to market with qualified customers that meet the FlexiForce, LLC profile while maximizing opportunities for profit.
· Review, negotiate and monitor requests for customer pricing to assure sales growth results and proper management of profitability.
· Monitor sales growth, call frequency, profitability, distributor development, territory growth and take corrective action when necessary to ensure performance at the highest level.
· Must be accessible at all times and have first-hand knowledge of customer operations and sales/marketing activities.
· Responsible for assisting in developing appropriate credit terms for customers and managing overall credit risk. Assist with all credit collection activities as required.
· Develop, update, and analyze annual sales projections and expense budgets for the territory to assist in ongoing business metrics and facilitate preparation of annual budget for FlexiForce, LLC.
· Responsibility for maintaining Territory annual expenses at or below budget.
· Responsibility for monthly itinerary contact management plan and weekly territory call report.
· Work with others in the company to facilitate account relationship management and make improvements to the organization that benefit the customer, the company, or both.

A simple ABC!?

After the introduction of our successful SafeStep pass door system, we soon received the request for a similar smart system for side-entrance doors.

According to our customers, this is a growing market where architects and end-users like the fact that the side entrance door shows similar appearance and design as the sectional overhead door next to it. So we went from A to B and designed a side-entrance door system, which basically is the SafeStep door with few components and profiles added to it.

Then we took the initiative to go from B to C, by also creating a double swing door with the same components, only adding one additional aluminum profile and a slide-lock.

This offers you the opportunity to easily extend your range of doors into side-entrance doors and into double swing garage doors using standard components! We expect all these systems to be available in Q4-2011/Q1-2012.

As presented at IDA EXPO, Flexiforce announces availability of CR1 track covers for single horizontal 2" tracks. The CR1 is black plastic (ABS) cover for the end of the horizontal track featuring a simple "click on" system. From the homeowner’s point of view, it clearly demonstrates that you pay attention to every cosmetic detail of the finished installation! Once installed, the CR1 trims the end of each horizontal track in an attractive half-moon appearance.

New coating production line in Hungary

We are proud to announce that after extensive test operation FlexiForce Hungary has now a fully operational painting/coating production line in place. We are now able to coat all fixed torsion springs, standard lengths, full vision sections, track systems and other products (hinges etc.). Due to the size of the oven and line, we can paint everything within max.: Length < 6500mm, Width < 100mm, Height < 2200mm.

Panel thicknesses of 50mm or 60mm gain market share and also the cold-storage panels of 80mm (3,15") increase in volume. Opto-sensors have been in our program for some years now. From now on our well known, reliable and trusted product OSE-Signal has been replaced by the ‘low-power’ version (item code OSE-Signal-LP). Extremely low power consumption enables these opto’s to be used in combination with wireless signal transfer systems like Radiosafe, Radioband and Wireless band. (soon also in our program)

All other product characteristics and features remain unchanged. Obviously you can continue using spiral cables (also available through FlexiForce) for the communication between the safety edge and the operator so the OSE-Signal-LP just gives you more flexibility. They always work with any system.

The right components......

With the right components, it is easy to build a great team! Sometimes, creativity within FlexiForce knows no boundaries. So when Jildert Gaastra, product designer in FlexiForce R&D department, came with the idea of creating a soccer table made almost completely out of FlexiForce hardware components, there was only one thing left to do: Build it!

So we did. We are very happy with the result and we really like the players, made of bolts, nuts, roller protection 581CEN (the orange color is a coincidence) and shaft collars. Reinforcement of staff FlexiForce LLC

We are happy to announce to you that we have appointed Mr Joe Anderson as Senior Buyer for FlexiForce. Joe has been active in the procurement of door parts for many years before arriving to FlexiForce. We are confident on the positive results that will come forth out of this reinforcement of our organisation.
Joe will be working with our team in FlexiForce LLC in Dixon, ILL, but his activities will cover procurement projects for FlexiForce subsidiaries in USA, Europe and Asia.
