We are looking for an enthousiastic, customer-minded Inside Sales Represenative to work at our headquarters in Barneveld, the Netherlands.
Inside Sales Representative (m/f, the Netherlands)
At our sales department the focus is always on the customer, which is why the Inside Sales Representative is the calling card of the company. In this position you are the main point of contact for our (potential) customers, you will answer their questions while also giving advice about the products and services of FlexiForce. If necessary, you will also provide technical support. This is a job where no two days are the same!
The sales department at FlexiForce is split up into 3 different regions (North, Central and South Europe) in order to support our customers in the best way possible. Next to this, the job of Inside Sales Representative contains both frontoffice and backoffice tasks: it depends on the current needs of the department where the focus will be on.
Frontoffice: advice & offers
Our customers will call you, but on the other hand you will also contact them to maintain a good relationship. The account managers can count on your administrative and organizational support in order to reach the sales objectives. You will work on creating offers and setting prices, making sure that everything is dealt with correctly and follow up if necessary. Next to this you will lead your own commercial projects with the focus on improving internal and external processes.
You have a good view on the market potential, and together with our account managers you will research different possibilities to increase our current customer base. Of course you will also take the initiative yourself to call potential customers and make appointments.
Backoffice: orders & improvements
You will take care of the complete ordering process: from receiving the order to checking to see if the data (such as customer, prices and article numbers) is correct. Next to this, you check the stock of our products to make sure the order can be delivered on time. If necessary you will be in contact with different FlexiForce departments to complete the orders. Registering and dealing with complaints is also a part of your job.
You have a completed college education (commerce or technical) and approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience. Preferably you will have some interest in technical products. Furthermore you have a good sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude and you are a good problem solver. You are enthusiastic and customer-minded. As a team player, you are focused on getting good shared results and achieving the team’s objectives.
You have a good understanding of the English language. And depending on which region you will be working for, German or French is required. You are familiar with MS Office and preferably also with AX.
