FlexiForce Hungary celebrates 10th FlexiForce day
Team spirit, tradition and a taste of Hungarian culture, the 10th FlexiForce day in Hungary had it all!
At FlexiForce, we believe that strong engagement is built through shared experiences, meaningful connections, and a sense of belonging. That’s why we actively invest in our people, not just through work, but by creating moments to come together, have fun, and celebrate our journey.
The 10th edition of FlexiForce Day Hungary was held on Saturday, May 10th. It was a perfect example of that mindset in action — strengthening team spirit, reinforcing company culture, and showing our appreciation for the people behind our success, all combined in a memorable event. This year was extra special: it marked the 10th edition of the event, and nearly 160 out of 190 colleagues took part!
Anasztázia, HR Team Leader at FlexiForce Hungary, shared the concept behind the event: “We organise this every May to give our colleagues the opportunity to relax, enjoy each other’s companion outside of work, spend some valuable time together, have fun, and strengthen connections within the team.”
The day kicked off with a warm welcome at reception, where every attendee received a specially designed event t-shirt, a colourful armband (in team colours!), and drink tokens. After breakfast and a welcome speech from the Plant Manager, the team took a moment to recognise colleagues celebrating their work anniversaries – some of them marking an impressive 10, 15 or even 20 years of commitment! Then it was time to get cooking!
In true Hungarian style, teams of 15–16 people, led by 10 employee-nominated group captains, set out to prepare a traditional pork stew in a bogrács (cauldron). While some got busy with the stew, others dove into the competitive spirit through five interactive games led by a dedicated game master.
József Balogh, Plant Manager at FlexiForce Hungary, reflected on the day and the people who made it special: “It’s truly inspiring to see the energy, teamwork and commitment of our Hungarian colleagues – not just today, but every day. Celebrating 10 years of FF Day together is something special, and I’m already looking forward to next year’s edition!”
Throughout the day, laughter, collaboration, and the smell of delicious food filled the air.
The FlexiForce Day 2025 was a perfect blend of tradition, teamwork, and togetherness, a true reflection of the vibrant company culture at FlexiForce Hungary.
