Did you know that it is possible to order products directly via our webshop? In this article, we would like to share some tips and tricks for your convenience!
Ordering in our webshop is faster and more efficient than placing your order by sending in a pdf or normal text. You will receive your order confirmation faster, because the order will be checked as soon as it’s received by us. Next to this, no more errors can be made in processing the orders because of the automated system of the webshop.
If you have an account for our webshop, you can visit our catalogue and browse all products that are available to order. Ordering itself is very easy, and can be done in three different ways:
1. Order products individually
By using the search function or by browsing through the categories, you can easily select and add products to your shopping cart. Torsion springs (with standard lengths or made to measure) can be ordered from the springs category.
2. Order with Excel template
Large orders or orders in Excel can easily be uploaded into the webshop with the help of our Quick Order service. Take a look at our tutorial video here:
3. Re-order of existing orders
Orders that you have made earlier can easily be ordered again. All webshop orders can be found in your account options. Take a look at our tutorial video on re-ordering:
