This year’s IDA represents two years since FlexiForce and Helton joined forces in North America. By joining forces, we lowered costs, improved operations, and have more products closer to our customers. The final step in our integration is to consolidate our global hardware brand under the FlexiForce name.

Helton and FlexiForce have very similar backgrounds, so combining the brands is logical and easy. Both companies were founded by entrepreneurs in the early 80’s and grew quickly as premium hardware suppliers – FlexiForce in Europe and Helton in North America. Both have strong team-oriented cultures and a focus on quality and service. These attributes are the fundamental reasons for our strong success as hardware manufacturers.

It is important for this culture of teamwork to continue and Helton is proud to take on the FlexiForce global brand. We will continue with all the same staff and operations. The only change is our name.
