FlexiForce welcomes ASSA ABLOY leadership team to our new headquarters
On 26th November 2025, FlexiForce had the honour of hosting Massimo Grassi, Executive Vice President and Head of Entrance Systems Division accompanied by Matteo Dall’ora, Vice President BSI Europe & Simone Donzelli, President SDC at our new headquarters in the Netherlands.
The day began with an inspiring town hall led by Massimo Grassi, who shared ASSA ABLOY’s strategy and the key initiatives driving success across the Entrance Systems Division. His message reinforced our shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence and customer focus.
After the town hall, employees and guests enjoyed lunch together, creating a great opportunity for connection and collaboration. A select group then took a tour of our brand-new warehouse facility and modern office spaces, designed to support efficiency and growth for years to come.
The visit concluded with a strategic discussion with the FlexiForce EMEA Management Team focusing on FlexiForce’s plans and how we will continue to deliver value to our customers worldwide.
