Low Noise Spring Filler 1064BW & Spacer 1078B

FlexiForce introduces two new innovations in torsion spring technology: the 1064BW Low Noise Spring Filler and the 1078B Spacer. These products are designed for overhead doors where performance, durability and silent operation are essential. Through smart engineering—such as flexible blades that move along with the spring and a highly stable shaft filler, they reduce noise and prevent spring sagging, resulting in a smoother and more premium door experience.

1064BW Low Noise Spring Filler – maximum silence, minimal load

The 1064BW represents a new generation of low-noise spring fillers. Its flexible blades move with the torsion spring, absorbing vibrations and eliminating contact noise.

Additionally, the filler prevents unwanted sagging by fully supporting the spring on the shaft. The result: less wear, less service, and greater reliability.
